Our pergola kits are hand made in our Devon workshop using quality, locally grown Douglas Fir timber from well managed forests. Due to the naturally resilient properties of the Douglas Fir timber that we build our pergolas from it is not neccessary for the timber to be pressure treated. This means that the natural colour of the timber is retained.

Standard range (4x4 posts and 4x2 rafters):

Sizes denote the length of the rafters, the footprint of the posts will be smaller.

The kit is supplied with all the timbers pre cut and notched to slot and screw together with no cutting neccessary. Suitable fixings are supplied. A cordless drill and impact driver are recommended for assembly.

Nationwide delivery is available on pergolas up to 2.4m. Delivery price depends on your location.

Dart Valley Bespoke pergolas come in a range of standard sizes from 1.8m x 1.8m up to 4.8m x 4.8m. Bespoke sizes are available upon request. 

​

Our standard range uses 100mm x 100mm posts and 100mm x 50mm rafters. We also offer a premium range with 150mm x 150mm posts and 150mm x 50mm rafters which gives the pergola a much bolder look.​​​
